An international exhibition designed and created by the first millennial saint, Saint Carlo Acutis, will be on display in the Abbey church at Ampleforth Abbey from Friday 4 - Monday 14 September 2026.
Saint Carlo Acutis was canonised a year ago, on 7 September 2025. He had a great devotion to the Eucharist and used to say: "In front of the sun, you get a tan. In front of the Eucharist, you become a saint!" Carlo used his computer programming skills to develop a website dedicated to documenting Eucharistic miracles from around the world, aiming to foster a deeper love for the Blessed Sacrament.
A selection of Saint Carlo Acutis' International Exhibition of Eucharistic Miracles, comprising 20 roller banners presenting information on Eucharistic miracles from across the world, as documented by the millennial saint, will be displayed in the Abbey church at Ampleforth Abbey from Friday 4 - Monday 14 September 2026.
The Abbey church is open to the public and entrance is free. Visitors are kindly requested not to walk around the Exhibition when religious services are taking place.
